The Earth Changes predicted by Edgar Cayce for America include the destruction of Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York City by earthquakes. It includes the inundation of parts of Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana with some land in these States sinking. That San Francisco and Los Angeles are prone to powerful earthquakes is common knowledge. That Richter, himself stated in 1959, that New York City hosted fault zones capable of producing earthquakes of magnitude 8 and 9 (on his scale) is not common knowledge.
Cayce also predicted inundation for much of the west coast including San Diego, as it is not likely that San Diego would remain above the ocean if Tucson is to become a major seaport after the Pole Shift as he stated. A visit to the west side of the mountains surrounding Tucson will reveal a perfect, natural, deep sea harbor waiting for water.

Such widening of the Mississippi as predicted by Cayce would possibly eliminate Houston, and New Orleans for certain. Little Rock, Jackson, St Louis and other cities along the Mississippi will also be affected. Tucson he predicts will become a major port, suggesting that San Diego has been submerged under the Pacific. In short, virtually every State in the Union will be affected directly, or severely impacted by the coming Earth Changes he predicts.
Cayce made these predictions for America in conjunction with predictions of global Earth Changes resulting from activities associated with a coming shift in the magnetic polarity of the earth at the end of the age. Shifts in the magnetic orientation of the earth occur on a regular basis according to the evidence in the rock strata recorded by geologists and geophysicists.
Cayce made these predictions more than seventy years ago and stated that these changes would occur around the year 2000, at the end of the millennium. The millennium has come and gone without a Pole Shift and the ensuing disasters he predicted, but the scientific evidence that supports his predictions is now beginning to manifest in the earth with increasing frequency. These are the signs of the times for those who will read them.
The North Magnetic Pole has wandered more than 700 miles in a northwesterly direction towards Russia, since it was first discovered on June 1, 1931 by James Clark Ross. The rate of change in the distance travelled in a year has increased from 25 miles to 40 miles per year, and is expected to reach Russia by 2050 at the current pace. NASA, Livermore Labs, and the University of Arizona, among others, are currently monitoring a giant magnetic anomaly in the South Atlantic Ocean; precisely where Cayce predicted the New South Pole would be located with the coming Earth Changes.
Globally, Cayce predicted severe earth changes for Europe and Asia as well as America, stating:
“ … and what is the coastline now of many a land will be the bed of an ocean. Even many of the battlefields of the present (1941) will be ocean, will be the seas, the bays, the lands over which the new order will carry on their trade one with the other. “ 152-11 August 13, 1941
And again:“The earth will be broken up in the western portion of America. The greater portion of Japan must go into the sea. The upper portion of Europe will be changed as in the twinkling of an eye. Land will appear off the east coast of America. There will be upheavals in the Arctic and Antarctic that will make for the eruption of volcanoes in the Torrid areas, and there will be the shifting then of the poles – so that where there have been those of a frigid or semi-tropical will become the more tropical, and moss and fern will grow.” 3976-15, January 19, 1934
In other words, much of the lowlands of Europe will be inundated by water and those cities, Brussels, Antwerp, Paris, Moscow, St Petersburg, along with many, many others would disappear under the rising water, like Houston and New Orleans in the United States. No doubt additional global changes will impact locations around the world that he did not mention specifically, but from the predictions he made and the Changes we see developing, it is clear that the world is in store for a very difficult time.
Most of Japan will disappear under the waves. The level of severe earthquake activity in Japan is now constant since the 9.0 quake that struck the Japanese nuclear reactor, and appears as a harbinger of the great disaster that will befall the people of Japan. It would be well for them to heed the predictions of Edgar Cayce and relocate while they can.
These physical changes in the earth relative to its polarity and its orientation to the central Sun, or its cosmic alignment with the galactic center, first identified by the Mayans, will require considerable adjustment for the inhabitants of the earth, as conflicts between Principalities and Powers will erupt, bringing war, famine, shortages, and total chaos to our lives. Survival will belong to the fittest, most flexible, and the most prepared for these Changes.
